I don't think there's much, if any, involvement of other criminal groups in the ongoing conflict between the Rizzuto-Sollecito group and Montreal HA.

To answer your second question is difficult. Montreal basically has all and any OC you can think of but these other groups don't necessarily have names to identify them or have the publicity that the HA and mafia have.

Aside from the mafia, the HA, and the various street gangs I would wager the Lebanese/middle Eastern OC element are the most noteworthy as well as Chinese/South East Asian OC groups.
