Dealt with Sal Ruggerio in Heroin. Was arrested with Angelo, Gene Gotti, Mark Reiter et al. In their Heroin case in the 80’s. Later gets pinched with Joe Defede in late 90’s. Close to Gaspipe / Amuso according to Dom Cicale.
