Re: SMALL TOWN MAFIA WARS
Jeremy, I started a thread back in June about the early 1980's Naples/Carabbia war in the Youngstown area. There is an insightful article from that era that I doggedly tracked down, which then inspired the post, and if you click each attachment I posted the larger page will come up with correct orientation. Within the thread there is also a link to Cleveland's Angelo Lonardo's testimony in the late 80's that has a couple of specific sections relating to that same conflict.JeremyTheJew wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 12:58 amThis is one that I know next to nothing about. Is that Naples and Lenny strollo ???FriendofHenry wrote: ↑Sat Sep 04, 2021 7:05 pm Being a Small Town guy myself I'm not sure what a Big Town Mafia War is. Does the Cleveland/Pittsburgh War over Youngstown count?
Here's the link to my post/thread, which is now back on page 7: viewtopic.php?f=29&t=7759

Jeremy, here's another boatload of info about the Youngstown area organized crime activity in the early 80's in the midst of the Naples-Carabbia war. Credit to JCB1977 for this link, which he provided in a thread about the passing of Lenny Strollo earlier this spring:
