There’s a million ways you know this is BS but the easiest way is just by looking at the election results. Trump did **better** in Philadelphia than he did in ‘16. Where he got raped this time around was the suburbs surrounding Philly. (Same thing happened in Milwaukee and Detroit. The suburbs buried him). If Merlino did try and throw a bunch of votes Biden’s way in South Philly, he did a really shitty job.
