There were several other incidents involving the Rudaj group and the LCN, though not necessarily gambling-related, which was what my response to Rocco was about. I have something of a timeline built up after all the forum discussions on this.

I don't recall exactly who that supposedly happened to, though Joe Gambino sounds familar. Some reports, and I use that term loosely since most have been from board members, said it involved one or two Italian guys.

The latest professional hit occurred this year when the main Albanian boss of prostitution on all Balkans Dilaver Leku Bojku was killed in the small town of Struga, Macedonia.

The hitman arrived on a motorcycle and simply went into this joint, detected his target, got close to him and allegedly said "Your time has come" and pulled the trigger once behind the victims ear. I'm somewhere in the middle here. It doesn't appear that there is a long history of these groups moving in. We all know the hype about the Russians in the 90's. Additionally, it does appear that the majority of Albanian crooks that cross paths with LCN fit more into the likes of guys like Alite and the guy who was with the Gambinos, (Zeb was his name?) and I am sure countless others, like the crew that worked with the gambinos to shake down the strip club in the Jack Falcone (Garcia) investigation.

However, an Albanian move on LCN action is not unprecedented and if they ordered this on the sneak, I would not be surprised at all. They are easily the biggest threat in the modern era to the Italian mafia in NYC. I can't think of any gang or ethnic group that has even come close to putting in the work that they have against the 5 new york families.

We have countless incidents with the Rudaj crew, which I will defer to this forum's great researcher's like WG. You also have Vinny Gorgeous sending guys with machine guns to an Albanian club. While we don't know what for, logic would conclude that the Albanians were flexing and Vinny G called that shot for a reason. The prison fight in Danbury started because the Albanians claimed a guy that LCN thought was them. And they gave a guy a vicious beating in the can, which prompted the Italians to retaliate. I also read somewhere the Colombo's have had beef with them in the past and also remember reading specifically about Patty boy Falcetti who was just mentioned. He was recorded saying that he hates the Albanians and that there is no talking to them, you just gotta kill them.

Obviously we don't know anything yet and this could still be a classic Italian mafia double cross with them contracting to Albanians who then contracted the bloods for all we know.

If you read up on the Crips and Bloods, they are not well organized at all. In fact, the names "Crips" and "Bloods" doesn't really mean anything. It's just a title that a local little neighborhood gang attaches to their real name. It's basically one small neighborhood gang trying to kill anther little neighboring gang. That's what it's all about in reality. There are more Crips killed by other Crips than by Bloods. The biggest enemy to a Crip is another Crip. Each little neighborhood gang operates independently in their own respective little shitholes with no real organized hierarchy. They couldn't stand a chance against one of the New York families. lol They would end up beefing with each other and the Italians would just watch them start killing each other.
