Funny enough he caught a DUI charge in 2008 after he was made. Michael's grandfather was very close to Onofrio Modica, Noel's grandfather who was a Gambino member. Noel's father Philip was also a longtime member. They were from Sciacca like many Gambinos.
I think that Mike Scotto kid's name has came up since that 2010 bust, getting in trouble for something else. I could be wrong but it was either in a regular NY news article or a GL article that said he got jammed up assaulting someone trying to collect a debt
