Like Louie Caruso, Tommaso Gambino, and Pauly Rossi? With Tommy Gambino mafia heritage I’m sure he is involved someone and he and Louie Caruso were kinda tight did they maybe link up with Sicilian crews or maybe NY family?

Thanks for the clarification.
You could probably count the number of made guys living in the entire state of California on two hands. You see an ocassional ad-hoc connection from time to time. For example, the Paradiso crew was shipping high-end marijuana from legal farms in California back to New York. There may still be some minor legit interests but that's only a guess. But there's no permanent crews out there or anything like that. Probably the most significant thing is the mob's sports betting networks that still extend out to Nevada, Arizona, and California. But generally speaking, the LCN has very little presence out west now.aleksandrored wrote: ↑Sat Mar 09, 2019 5:36 am Since the family is extinct, is there another family with interest or operations in LA?
Montemarano is probably not a capo, in that he has no known made guys under him in California. Kenny Gallo named him a capo, but he didn't go into further detail and didn't ever mention anything about Montemarano's crew. Jerry Capeci named him a soldier, and his activities in Los Angeles have been limited to rumored involvement in college football match fixing, which the FBI investigated but couldn't find anything.Flushing wrote: ↑Sat Mar 09, 2019 4:01 pmDonnie "shacks" MontemaranoFlushing wrote: ↑Sat Mar 09, 2019 4:00 pmColombo family capo is there.
