Boss John Avena in Philly is believed to have been killed by the Lanzetti brothers, who were an Italian gang with a number of other Italians working for them but they were a fully independent rival group, not members or associates of the Philly family. At least a few former Lanzetti associates were later absorbed and made into the Philly family.

So almost all families other then Bonanno was involved with Anastasia in a way?

What did Lucchese have in part with Anastasia death? I remmember Bonanno giving a story where he saved Lucchese from getting killed by Anastasia from the commision

Well that would be during Prohibition, and I really don't want to get into an in depth discussion of what Milazzo/Scibilia's role was in the Detroit gangs(although I don't think it would have been the equivalent of an administration position), but why would his murder be done by outsiders? I don't think LeMare gunmen would count as outsiders.
