Re: Members of the administration killed by rival group after prohibition
Boss John Avena in Philly is believed to have been killed by the Lanzetti brothers, who were an Italian gang with a number of other Italians working for them but they were a fully independent rival group, not members or associates of the Philly family. At least a few former Lanzetti associates were later absorbed and made into the Philly family.

Well that would be during Prohibition, and I really don't want to get into an in depth discussion of what Milazzo/Scibilia's role was in the Detroit gangs(although I don't think it would have been the equivalent of an administration position), but why would his murder be done by outsiders? I don't think LeMare gunmen would count as outsiders.JeremyTheJew wrote: ↑Tue Aug 01, 2017 6:11 pm And also....
