Why is it considered the best? Because of the low overturn rate? And if that's the case it's subjective is it not?
He's been on this for a while now.

Their appeal would go the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals which you know nothing about. This Court is the most prestigious of all Federal Appeals Courts. They affirm 98% of all appeals they hear - civil and criminal. So don't make any more predicitions you dickhead!
and here I was, ready to come into this thread to say I think that Crea, et. al. will fall into the 2% .

I don't know if I want to make that prediction anymore
It’s preferable to remain cautious and not run the risk of being a dickhead.
Actually the appeals court of west Virginia is rated the best from what I just read

That is quite a big prediction but I highly doubt it. Crea’s son seems optimistic

All you really need to know is that it's the BEST appellate court; everything else is just detail.

Each of the defendants submitted a brief and then together a joint supplemental brief. (5 total plus appendices) You posted up the joint supplemental brief. This is for an additional brief on behalf of Crea that went over the 14k previously approved word limit. So, Crea has to cut it down.

That joint brief mainly argued that defense didn’t get chance to cross examine Evangelista and pennisi about certain bad acts they hadn’t been notified of. Those typically don’t hold much sway in fed cases, courts usually say it wouldn’t have changed jury verdict
