Crea and Madonna PACER
On March 6th, they filed their appellate brief to the Second Circuit Court Of Appeals
It’s on PACER but I am struggling with finding it on PACER
Can anyone post it onto here or explain how I can find it?

Sorry , I'm not adding anything helpful or constructive - but I'm wondering how soon do filings normally show up ? Is it near-instant? Only one business day has fully passed between the filing and today - do things normally happen that fast?

Justice Tech Pro’s (Crea’s son) on YouTube has already showed that it has been posted.newera_212 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 08, 2023 12:28 pm Sorry , I'm not adding anything helpful or constructive - but I'm wondering how soon do filings normally show up ? You owe me $3.00. Help me figure out how to upload a pdf, or pm an email address. It's 276 pages.Little_Al1991 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 08, 2023 1:38 pmJustice Tech Pro’s (Crea’s son) on YouTube has already showed that it has been posted.newera_212 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 08, 2023 12:28 pm Sorry , I'm not adding anything helpful or constructive - but I'm wondering how soon do filings normally show up ? A couple additional issues, the message I rec'd says "Invalid file extension: Londonio.pdf" The second issue is my legal documents are all immediately stored n the cloud, and the links they are retrieved by have my name on them.
Help me figure out a way to upload the document, without my name, or I can forward via email. I'm not sure what's going on, but I don't know how to upload documents on here. I have the document for you. And you don't owe me the $3.00
eta, Actually it is 9 separate volumes, so probably closer to 2100 pages. Looks like it needs emailed, and you can figure out how to get the rest.
I'd start by searching Londonio, rather than Crea or Madonna. My guess is this is/was your first potential mistake. The underlying criminal case is primarily against Londonio.

Re: Crea and Madonna PACER
You should be able to download it to your local computer from the cloud, and from there - upload it to a shared storage service that isn't tied to your name, If you have a google account, you can use the google drive to upload it, and the share link wouldn't have your name or be connected to you at all - if you just copy/paste the link(s) and not share them directly via e-mail. Since you mentioned e-mailing though - you could download locally from cloud, and just send them as e-mail attachments. It might have to be sent 1 volume at a time at least, due to file size limits. But if they are on the cloud and you can't share the links because they have your name - downloading them locally would be the only way to get them out reallyJohnny1and1 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 08, 2023 1:45 pmYou owe me $3.00. The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals is considered the best appelate court in the Country. They only overturn 1-2% of criminal appeals in the last 75 years.
Re: Crea and Madonna PACER
Why is it considered the best? Because of the low overturn rate? And if that's the case it's subjective is it not?NYNighthawk wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 11:07 am The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals is considered the best appelate court in the Country. They affirm 98% of all appeals they hear - civil and criminal. So don't make any more predicitions you dickhead!

Re: Crea and Madonna PACER
Huh? Wtf are you guys talking about? I just asked why..maybe you think it's prestigious because it's nice got nice antiquated architectural appeal with classic Romanian columns lol maybe you like the landscaping. No I know nothing about appeals but I did not know you were so passionate about the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.Ivan wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 11:55 amHe's been on this for a while now.Tonyd621 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 11:29 amWhy is it considered the best? It’s preferable to remain cautious and not run the risk of being a dickhead.newera_212 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 2:54 pmand here I was, ready to come into this thread to say I think that Crea, et. al. will fall into the 2% .Ivan wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 11:55 amHe's been on this for a while now.Tonyd621 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 11:29 amWhy is it considered the best?
