Longest Serving Prison Time Made Members

So I asked a question last week regarding made members from the 5 families that are still alive who have been serving the most time and this I think is the final answer

Genovese - Bobby Manna
Colombo - Carmine Persico
Gambino - Frankie Locascio
Lucchese - Vic Amuso
Bonanno- Tommy Pitera

I was wondering if we could come up with another list of made members that are still in prison who have been serving long sentences and also members who served long stretches but are now free?

Depends on your definition of long stretch.

GJ and John, I think we would have to put Sonny Franzese on any list wouldn't we, he has over 50 years total in the can.

Yes Sonny would make the list although his time inside was spread out over separate sentences.

I would add Martin and Michael Tacetta

I would say anything over ten years would be considered a "long stretch."

Never come home. Mike did what? 20 and change. That’s not counting previous bids. And Martin is in Trenton. He’s doing life in arguably the worst place possible in the nj state prison system

I'm measuring stretches of prison that were/are 10 years or longer, so Sonny Franzese doesn't make the list. I don't think he's done more than eight years in one stretch.

Franzese spent 12 years in prison after being convicted in 1967 before he was paroled the first time in 1978.

I know it's not part of the 5 families but like that whole Nicky Scarfo conviction netted some serious times for that family.

Franzese spent 12 years in prison after being convicted in 1967 before he was paroled the first time in 1978.

He was on bail until sentencing in 1970, and therefore only served time from 1970-1978. There's an old article on how he toured peep shows in 1968 and 1969.
