thats what id like to know. because if we're talking bodyguard, yet we see him escorting joey to and from federal court in a city with the worst / most restrictive gun laws in the country...what could he be doing to literally guard?

I don’t think they’re actually related but I could be wrong. Dom’s sister Lea has a son named Frankie. Don’t think Rita had any other kids when she remarried. This kid Pete’s father’s trucking company Falcon express has a Philadelphia terminal though for what it’s worth so maybe he’s running the Philly arm for them.
