I forgot the reason?? Was it supposedly Lino ordered the attempt hit on Casso where he was hit but not killed. Ended up killing a innocent kid over the drama

It was Paradiso who ordered the hit on Casso. Lino was one of the guys close to Gotti that Chin, Amuso, and Casso wanted to take out.

As you know they had plenty of shooters but think for a minute about the reputation that Eddie Lino had he was one of the most feared guys in the entire Gambino family and that's saying something. No one could get to him so Casso had to have his cops kill him and they only succeeded because his guard was down.

I have some questions regarding the gambino- luchese conflict that occurred around 92-93. Why didnt the lucheses ever go through with thier plan to kill junior gotti in 93’? I remember reading that gaspipe casso told his men that the gambinos killed luchese soldier pat testa, and that the lucheses needed to extract revenge. Did the two families call peace in a sitdown? Also, is it true that casso made up the story about the gambinos killin pat testa? Ive also read that casso made up the story about the gambinos whacking testa to justify a war. Feel free to reply.

Here is what i heard and its the truth...al darco knew things were fucked and feared the gambinos even tho casso didnt bc he was just so fucking silly. So he made his daughter back out of making a volcano with baking soda for her science project, even tho it took 3 black eyes he got her to do it. He forced her to make a minorah from paper machece. Once she made it he stole it and gave it to john jr as a peace offering. Jr accepted it bc he has a half soft heart for jews and decided to not celebrate xmas that year, but chanuka. True story
