Jr probably looks at it as catharsis or a way to cope with his crimes. Or not. Who knows? It is beneficial to him in some way.
You keep mentioning Sr or Nick having exaggerated and told lies but your only two examples are Sr misstelling a part of a fictional book and Nick saying Tocco was made in 1983, which you haven't been able to dissprove. Even if there is a document out there listing Tocco as made prior to then it doesn't mean it didn't happen when Nick said it did. Why don't you ask B or HairyKnuckles how many times they saw a file from the sixties that listed a guy as made and it turns he wasn't made until much later?
I'm not trying to be difficult but if you are trying to prove someone is telling stories or giving false testimony you have to be able to back that proof up. Three skilled trial lawyers tried to catch both Jr and Nick in lies and were not able to do so.
Why don't you relax about every post I happen to make. I'm not trying to prove anything. I just have serious doubts about Frank Jr. because he himself stated in a couple of the videos I saw that his Father lied and exaggerated things to him. That's all. Plus that, he believes that the Giancana murder was solved in the Family Secrets Case which is the complete opposite of all LE. I'm no different than Villain, Pete, Frank, Sonny or any other smart person that has doubts and gives their opinion on why they have doubts. Anything else? lol

Yeah, I can see how every word in this post has Caps. So now this whole thread will turn into you lecturing someone on how often they can use a Cap.
Thanks for derailing a good thread over nonsense. You're a great moderator.

Snakes cmon bud it’s a money grab for jr. A hustle plain and simple he’s making money off his and his fathers crimes. It doesn’t make any difference to me what a man does to make his living but his business is a little dangerous
I agree with phat,I love those old fucks and he's right.we all got some cosa nostra in us.I personnely love the life.I think we on the forum would be the ultimate crew! - camerono
Not to get off topic, but tend to believe Infelise and Tocco we're made when Nick was. I would think that most guys remember who they were made with and also everyone else in attendance. There is no reason for him to lie.Tocco and Infelise became well known in the news in Chicago after 1983.They probably were rising in power and responsiblities and proposed for membership. But one thing I have wondered is at the ceremony, do the guys being made see the other guys being made, before , during or after the ceremony. Just because Tocco and Infelise we're in attendance, does that mean they were there to be made, or could they have been there to sponser someone. Just a thought.

Antilliar doesn't just pull stuff out of his ass, though. I seem to remember reading something in Cohen's book on it, too. I am not at my house so I don't have the book readily available.
What did you read about it in Cohen's Book? Did he say the Giancana murder was solved at the Family Secrets Trial?
That's good Antiliar, but "part of the killing" doesn't mean Accardo was the shooter. Gotti and Gravano were part of the killing of Castellano and were not the shooters. The case is considered a "cold case" and can be reopened at any time.
Thanks for posting those clips.
"Part of the killing" is Jeff Coen's paraphrase. He didn't quote Nick Calabrese, so we don't know what his exact words were and Coen didn't provide a specific source for this information, so it's not a good idea to read too much into it and jump to conclusions. The police may consider it a cold case, but at this point we don't know if the FBI still does. Unless you have personal access to the Chicago PD and the FBI you don't know with absolute certainly if it's a cold case or not, and neither do I.

The Chicago PD had nothing to do with the Case. It was out of their Jurisdiction. It was the Oak Park Police. Bernard Carey, the Cook County State's Attorney directed the investigation which did not solve the murder.
