That info was released in Family Secrets case. He may have made the silencer but there would be no way they'd be able to prove that he was involved in the actual plot unless they could prove he knew who was getting killed when he made it.

Why didnt the caretaker say anything which would've implicate that he was lying or that he "missed" the whole Accardo thing?

Also how come the whole Giancana case was suddenly solved while all of the family members and researchers didnt know on who the killer was for such a long period?!

And if everything was already solved, why didnt no one go to jail or was imprisoned for the murder of Sam?

It's interesting to observe that the caretaker hadn't seen Chuckie English for four months, yet law enforcement watchers saw him at the residence on the day Giancana was killed. The Di Persios were in their 80s, is it possible that they had hearing issues? People with hearing aids normally remove them when going to bed, and if that's the case I can understand how they would have missed it without lying.

If it was solved in the Family Secrets case, there was no one left alive to prosecute.

Thats true but still for an 80-year old fella he still remembered or noticed a lot of details

He was a caretaker of a mob boss so no matter if he had hearing problems, still he had to follow a lot of rules

Ok I see what you mean, Calabrese Sr made the silencer for the gun according to the new info, making him involved and why no charges on him for being a part of the murder??
I think that there are going to be a lot of key and important questions which Jr possibly wont be able to answer them all

Also, I'd imagine that Giancana preferred visitors enter through the back door to avoid surveillance, Blasi being the exception.

Do you have any idea on why they would want to question Mario regarding the Giancana hit?

It seems that the sate's attorney office at the time had info regarding Mario being part ime bodyguard and often companion to Giancana but it doesnt mention the time period but I think that i was after Sams return to Chicago

Another interesting thing to note is the similarity in the execution of Anthony Battaglia who two months prior of the Giancana hit was shot also in the same area meaning between the chin and throat and the bullet easily penetrated his skull and entered his brain and this was closely investigated by the Oak Park police at the time since Giancana was killed in similar fashion.

Tony Battaglia was killed for pocketing gambling proceeds that should have gone to his bosses. Not sure if there were any known suspects.
