I think Ligambi is in some kind of advisory role to the younger guys. I wouldn't say he's fully retired or even shelved.

You don't want a George Anastasia drinking game for every time he's says make money not headlines.

They were saying all of these guys were active now all of a sudden they have legitimate business interests there out? Nah.

I agree these guys are definetely still doing there thing yea ok maybe ligambi not active or in a advisory role I'll believe but Borgesi Merlino Mazzone and that group there definetely active ,gotta be the most I'll believe is they all fsaid hey it's hot with the Grande talk going on and Joey electric and the other guy getting indicted lets all fall back a little bit and be extra careful, but hanging it up i dont see it those guys put in alot of work to get where they are there fall back focus on the real estate thing ,still earn but don't chase it for a little while we will see though

Agree. With Joey Electric and the Grande etc these guys might TEMPORARILY have pulled their heads in, but Borgeesi’s been the most aggressive wise guy since Teflon, he’ll live and die by the sword.

I disagree that Borgeesi’s suddenly now ‘retired’.

Anastasia’s had Georgie boy as the most aggressive wg for the last twenty years. Making moves in the can, meets when’s he’s released, meets up and down the coast, disgruntled on losing his stripes, fighting to get them back, succeeding, sit downs, Lou monacello etc etc etc.
Now all of a sudden he’s a civilian?

I ‘doubt’ it.

I don't see him giving up the life just cause he's making money legally with real estate when you choose that life you can't just say "alright I've made enough money illegally with you guys but I'm good now I got enough to start going into real estate myself" I don't see that going over very well or see Joey just allowing his core group of guys to say were throwing in the towel it doesn't work like that especially a guy like Borgesi years and years of putting in work ,keeping his mouth shut he's a street guy to the end if any of them are like I said in earlier post do I believe that there being watched and maybe these guys like Mazzone Borgesi Chang etc.are being smart and staying low key and in a position where they can live off some of the legal stuff they have set up for now while all the talk about Grande and the recent drug indictment of servidio and piccolo is fresh I think there just weathering the storm and letting the heat die down ,that's just my opinion these guys don't go from in the street everyday earning to hanging it up again just my opinion

The top Philly guys put that 'retired' bullshit out on the streets.
Funny how they are all 'retired' shortly after the Servidio, Piccolo,
et al, drug busts went down. They're selling, I ain't buying.

Mayo face and Scoot Bernstein have been talking about Borgesi jumping straight back in aggressively after being released, you just have to watch the surveillance to see he isn't no legit businessman . So because he's making a bit of money off real estate, by the way nobody even knows if he's doing well with it, Just because you flip a few houses all of a sudden your making serious money? Doesn't work like that in most cases

Yeah the feds had him meeting with Parrello in Philly, Capeci and Burnstein reported he met with Joe Bilotti in Florida...shit there's footage of him doing walk and talks with Grande and Mazzone. Doesn't sound like a guy who reeks of legitimacy.
