Not same batch. Gravano was made later. He gave up his place when Toddo wanted to make him Before his son.

Standard procedure as always. They will be there snapping pictures and then show them for every CI they have to find out their names. This in combination with car egistrations. Classical pre investigation that is still in use today to gather information even if it's believed that not many wiseeguys actually shows up but mostly wannabees and mourning relatives.
