Spoiler alert: Gotti gets betrayed by his second in command Sammy the Bull and Dies in prison ten yrs later. Gotti lasted 4 yrs on the street as boss(Dec 1985 -Jan 1990). Bio pick should be 30min long......

It's a show about the relationship between Sr. & Jr. Gotti, with interviews with the other Gotti kids. It's not bad, but we've probably seen all of it before. Another episode comes on Tuesday night on A&E. Gotti: Godfather and son.

Junior Gotti gets tiring to listen to after a while, but otherwise a decent documentary. I doubt anyone on here will learn much. I liked the antidote about how two FBI agents said they were going to sit in on jr and sr’s convo despite it already being video recorded. Gotti refuses because it wasn’t in the visitation agreement and begins walking away only to have the agents relent.

I'm halfway through and so far I think it's excellent. I was glad to see TJ English being featured, his book on the Westies is my favorite book on organized crime. Always great to see Bruce Cutler being interviewed ("Giullani, if that's even his real name", love that line)

I agree the show mostly paints Junior as a favorable character, hard to argue he is not at least a dry snitch. Interesting that Victoria is not in it... I figured she would be all over this. Overall worth watching, even for the more educated mob buffs.

Does anyone know what Cutler said about the Castellano hit? He was saying something about all the hitmen being dressed the same then shouted and it was bleeped out. I couldn't figure out what he said or why he got so worked up.
