Simply put, taking out the Gotti crew would too big of an undertaking. (no pun intended)

How was the situation with Patsy’s son being murdered handled? I’m sure the Gambinos said it was some rogue Albanians or something...but to kill a guys son for slapping another’s son in the face doesn’t seem just (even by Cosa Nostra standards). I’m curious if anyone has any insight into how/if this issue was settled. ThanksFrank wrote: ↑Tue May 01, 2018 11:15 pmI don't like LoCascio and his son, because they had Patsy Parillo's son killed. I thought that was pretty low of them. Even though I don't know these people and they are all crooks and murderers, I think that was not right. LoCascio's son was being out of line in Parillo's place of business.

Cardinal sin. I agree clipping his kid is extreme but in a larger context it affects every made guy. You can touch one, you can touch all. Major loss of face and respect for the Loc's as well. If they made a major beef the Westside wouldve had little choice.
Patsy is under no doubt as to why his kid got clipped regardless of who carried it out.

Yes I understand the rule Patsy Parello broke, but he is made man and from what I remember about the story is that Sal LoCascio was being out of line and disrespecting Parello. Why was it one sided, with one made man losing his son and the other nothing. I would think what LoCascio did could be a death sentence too.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Fri May 04, 2018 8:58 amParello put hands on Sal Locasio, who was made.ChicagoOutfit wrote: ↑Fri May 04, 2018 8:02 amHow was the situation with Patsy’s son being murdered handled? Re: Sammy the bull
Another twist...seems like the Genovese were involved in the murder of the alibi witness for the shooter
THE SON of the Police Department's authority on fingerprints has disappeared without a trace. Steve Aiello, 23, whose testimony helped free a man charged with killing a powerful mobster's son, was last seen leaving his father's Morris Park house in the Bronx. Police believe Aiello may have been kidnaped and murdered by Genovese mobsters seeking retribution. His father, Frank, one of the most highly regarded civilians at 1 Police Plaza, runs the NYPD's Bureau of Criminal Investigation. He is a friend of every detective boss in the department. If a bad guy has hands, senior police officials say, Frank Aiello will find the fingerprints. The department's organized crime investigators are hard at work trying to find Missing Person No. 7734, 5-foot-8, brown eyes and brown hair. The kid knew his share of guys. By the time Steve Aiello disappeared Sept. 11, he was well known to FBI mob watchers. According to law enforcement sources, the story may trace to an incident in which reputed Genovese soldier Patsy Parrello slapped Torrie LoCascio, the son of imprisoned Gambino underboss Frank LoCascio, in front of a Bronx social club. The Gambinos, apparently seeking revenge, hired Victor Mirdita, an Albanian who was friendly with LoCascio's former driver, the sources said. On April 26, 1993, Parrello's son Pasquale, 24, was shot to death. Police arrested and charged Mirdita with murder. He was caught at the scene with a gun. On the eve of the trial this summer, the defense found an alibi witness Steve Aiello. He testified without ever telling his father, and Mirdita was acquitted. Assistant District Attorney William Hrabsky believes Aiello perjured himself.

Because it all depends on who laid hands. Sal Loc was probably loud, boisterous, argumentative, drunk etc at Patsy's place. But he was made and Patsy touched him. Doesnt matter what Sal said, you cant touch another made guy.Frank wrote: ↑Fri May 04, 2018 11:15 amYes I understand the rule Patsy Parello broke, but he is made man and from what I remember about the story is that Sal LoCascio was being out of line and disrespecting Parello. Its an extreme response but the mob values this rule as sacrosanct it appears. Look at Cirillo.

Patsy did the right thing by straightening out Torrie Locascio who has rode on his father;s coattails for too long. Phuck the rules abut putting your hands on a made man. The rules are broke everyday in the mob. The old man Frankie Locs had a hit put on him in the can by Gotti himself. Too bad it wasn't carried out. I hope the Genovese family takes out Victor Mirdita and follows that up with the taking out of Torrie and Sal later on.

Regardless thats one of the most important rules. It defeats the purpose of being made of retribution didn't happen.
and yes, this is exactly like Cirillo son. .... who did his son hit? Basciano?

Re: Sammy the bull
did Parrello's son hit the LoCascio kid? or Patsy Sr. hit him? if it was Patsy Senior than it was one made guy hitting another, could have been settled with a meeting, apology, and some money. clipping the guy's (civillian?) son is a scumbag move
