heres.a good article on Salamme and co.
i wish it went into jnr a little bit more.... it seemed be was not involved in it as much as it was Salamme vs Renegade faction.

So I noticed Rosetti was mentioned.... what role did he play with Salamme? When Rosetti was Consiglere, was it Louie Shackz who was boss?

also where were the Di Nunzio brothers? Louie shacks (IP?) ? The saint laurent? Spagnola?

Spuck had been indicted with JR and all the major players at that time . He was either under indidtment or in the Can . Pretty sure carmen and his brother were out west at that time .

They had a dispute with one of the Boston made members (forgot who, maybe Freddie Simone or Vincent Gioacchini?) and had to leave the area. They stayed out in California for a while until things got sorted out. If I remember right it had something to do with a loansharking debt.

'Cadillac Frank' Salemme trial jurors will see Sharon home
Laurel J. Sweet Monday, April 30, 2018

FIELD TRIP: Lawyers for Francis ‘Cadillac Frank’ Salemme are asking the judge to allow the jury to visit this Marie Avenue home in Sharon during his murder trial.

Jurors who will hear the murder trial of Francis “Cadillac Frank” Salemme and Paul Weadick will see the home in Sharon where prosecutors allege businessman Steven DiSarro was strangled, but won’t be allowed inside, a federal judge has ruled.

“In light of the defendants’ position that these jury views are perhaps the most critical component of their defenses,” and although “the views will require additional time and expense,” U.S. District Court Judge Allison D. Burroughs said she will permit the yet-unseated panel to travel to both Marie Avenue in Sharon, where the owner of The Channel rock club was allegedly throttled on May 10, 1993, and to the pit in North Providence, R.I., where DiSarro’s remains went undiscovered for 23 years.

The trip to Sharon will afford jurors a view “of the exterior of the location of the alleged murder, with the express exception that the view will not include the interior of the home,” Burroughs noted in her decision.

The property has changed hands several times since the alleged gangland hit.

Though federal jury field trips are rare, Burroughs said prosecutors were backing off their objection to the interstate travel in this case, “despite maintaining the belief that the views are unnecessary and unlikely to materially assist the jury with understanding the evidence.”

Jury selection continues this morning. Opening statements and testimony are not expected to get underway until May 9.

Salemme, 84, who was in the U.S. Federal Witness Protection Program when he was arrested in 2016, is accused by the U.S. Attorney’s Office of watching his late son, Francis Salemme Jr., strangle prospective federal witness DiSarro while Weadick, 63, of Burlington held DiSarro’s legs off the floor.

Salemme told federal investigators in 2013 DiSarro was most likely murdered by convicted serial killer Stephen “The Rifleman” Flemmi, the rival mobster who is the government’s star witness against him.

JTj...like any city, the mobs decline began when the talent pool shrunk..the Italian neigborhoods in boston werent very big tombegin with, so little by little it just all went away...yes ray jr didn’t help, salemme being his bulldog didn’t help, the whitey Stevie sonny m fiasco was another nail...I’d love to go for a day..but..can’t stand either codefendant, so have no reason other than my own curiosity

I just don't see what Salemme expects to gain by letting the jurors see the house?
If I didn't have my case coming up, I would like to come back with you gentlemen when this is over with and really lay the law down what is going on in this country.....
