Question: I notice that Wikipedia and Mafiawiki gave him a birth date of November 6, 1890, but none of them say where they got this from. I don't think it's right. I think the correct date is June 4, 1890. If that's correct, then he died in 1984. Can anyone verify the November 6 date?

If I recall correctly, Wikipedia used to have November 6, 1963 as the date Nicola Gentile died. Something about that November 6 date, I guess.

This FBI doc has July 4, but that's a mistake. All the info matches the one born on June 4, 1890 and died in 1984.
