At least Joey's evidence made it out of the FBI office. I had an entire day of recordings "lost" because of 3 or 4 minutes of potentially exculpatory audio evidence (or to Sullivan, self-serving evidence) that I remembered I had said to the CW during a phone call, on a specific day, my son's birthday in May of 2012. I asked the government, in writing, for any tapes on this specific day on which I remembered certain things were discussed with the CW. Incredibly, none existed. I wish I had that recording, not because it could've helped me, it probably wouldn't have, but because of the mother fucking I gave to the (recently blinded in one eye due to a beating from an unknown attacker) CW (the rat). All he ever wanted to talk about with me were illegal schemes, and I had had enough and laid into him. Asked him if he needed to lose another eyeball to learn his lesson, and that this new doomed venture (stealing baled cardboard from Home Depot and Lowes) he laid out before me isn't the way men become successful in this business.
