I'm not a NY guy or anything, but I read most of the topics like anyone else, and I never remember seeing that anywhere. Shit I posted some of the stuff from the Palazzolo detention memo when I had a pacer account and I never came across anything even remotely suggesting any of this speculative retardedness.

I doubt there is even a Commission at this point. I'd say Mancuso is the Boss, gave his blessing that Joe C be acting Boss and had Joe Sabella be his right hand guy helping him out(keeping an eye on him) That being the case, they had their XMas party and a lot of Capos show up to show unity, not with an Anti-Mancuso attitude, but with a united attiude. Mancuso could've made a deal in the future to elevate Joe C to Official Underboss, Rabito as Consig, put Palazzolla as his Bronx Capo and gave Sabella a Bronx/Manhattan/S.I. capo status. Anything is possible. In this day you can't go around whacking every rival and create a war, you need to remain strong while compromise and bring rivals into the fold to smooth over tensions. Too few wiseguys these days to be fighting each other.

After Badalamentis arrest in 2012, it was proven in tape recordings that Tommy DiFiore took over as “boss” - feds say acting boss - and later formed a panel with Vincent Asaro. Chris Christie’s Lineage chart shows that’s Tony Rabito was also on that panel which is very likely but I haven’t seen anything confirming that.

Rabito on the panel is accurate. It was either in the indictment or detention memo.

I don't want to derail this thread by arguing about whether Chucky is a nice guy or not. But there's no way his "dopes" comment could have been aimed at anyone other than me, so if he's got any sort of backbone he'll front up and apologize now that he's been proven wrong. I'll leave it at that.
