Good info, cheers.

PHL_Mob wrote: Fri Jan 19, 2018 10:25 amOn a side note, Damion Canalicchio was transferred to the Philly Detention Center as well, which peaks my interest...
What could this mean? Why is this of interest please?

Yes he was denied his sentence reduction if I heard right. I just think it's interesting that he was moved to Philly because that would be considered a favor more than anything else and I can't figure out why they'd want to do him any favors since he's not cooperating. It's the same reason why everyone was wondering/curious why Anthony Nicodemo was transferred from Western PA to a prison closer to home/Philly.

30 days isn’t bad especially if it’s flat time

30 days without an extended period of parole is what he means by flat time?

I mean if he flat times meaning it’s over. Some guys would rather do jail time and have zero supervision. I’ve known guys in the past who’d get written up on purpose instead of parole’ing out or early release so they can kill the whole sentence. What I’m saying is if all he’s got to do is 30 days and his paper time is over, not bad. If they gave him 30 days and then made him finish out paper time or extend the paper time, that sucks. Especially for bumping in to a guy.

Oh ok. Where I am from if someone says that did 30 days flat, that means they did it day for day no 3 for 1, which is what u got on state time here now. Unless u got a aggravated charge, then you are doing 85 percent

Same thing here but guys comonly refer to “flat timing”. Like if you violate a 3 year probation and they give it back most guys would rather “flat time” and get out unsupervised. We’re basically saying the same thing. Cheers

Rather be in prison than the county any day of the week and I'd rather max out than be on supervision as well. Well that's how I used to think before I had kids.
