That is true. When centracchio was indicted it says how Eboli previously had that territory. That indictment was related to gambling in stone park, north lake, and franklin park all towns bordering melrose park. Would you say Eboli was similar to ferriola in that they weren't technically capos but were direct to the boss with guys under them? Obviously Eboli was a big earner he lived right down the street from aiuppa, ferriola, and frank calabrese in pricey oak brook

I don't think he was as powerful as Ferriola, who obviously had some amount of clout because Lombardo refers to him with some manner of respect in the wiretap conversations.

Is it possible that with Aiuppas health that Ferriola could have been an acting Underboss at times with Cerone filling in as acting boss for Aiuppa. Never the less Ferriola was direct with the bosses and I believe he had some sort of high position over all Outfit gambling.

Possibly. There is at least one Tribune article mentioning that.

Now with Calebrese testifying that Ferriola was not a Capo, does that mean Infelice wasn't a Capo too, since I thought Infelice took over Ferriolas job when he was sick and eventually died.

Are you guys sure Eboli was not part of the Grand Avenue Crew? Antiliar said that Eboli belonged to Auippa directly and was placed as the acting Boss of Grand Avenue by Auippa. However, in the Family Secrets book by Jeff Coen, he specifically says that Eboli was part of the Grand Avenue Crew and has a taped conversation between Lombardo and Eboli. That's probably WHY Eboli took over the Crew BEFORE Cozzo.
Sooo, here we go again. LOL
I'm not sure that Eboli was not part of Grand Ave. Originally I thought that he was, but someone with good info told me he wasn't. His FBI file seems ti indicate he was direct with Aiuppa, but then he seemed to have to go through Bucky Ortenzi. His file is heavily redacted, so it's hard to draw conclusions from it. I'm going to double check with someone else.

As for Rocky Infelise being the capo after Ferriola, that is heavily substantiated by many sources, so there shouldn't be any doubt about him. I still don't know what to make about Nick Calabrese saying that Ferriola wasn't a capo. Scarpelli and others said that he was.

Regarding Cautadella, he seems to have only been Sarno's underboss, and with Sarno put away he could be shelved.

Snakes wrote: Wed Jan 17, 2018 8:07 pm Eboli was definitely direct with Aiuppa before becoming boss of Grand Avenue. He was obviously subordinate to Joey because he was a boss (as evidenced by the wiretaps) but Eboli wasn't directly under him before Aiuppa put him in charge. This is from the info I have available to me, at least.
What information do you have that states that Eboli was not ever part of the Grand Aveneue Crew? It seems like there's really no point in me reading anymore Court Documents or actual recorded Conversations by the F.B.I. because you and Antiliar always say it is wrong or come up with an alternative theory. It's not that hard to figure out. At first he wasn't, but later he was.

You didn't answer the question. What evidence do you have that states Eboli was not a member of the Grand Avenue Crew at first but later he was a member? You said you had information stating this fact.

Also so I wont forget again, in addition to the Fischetti/Capezio/Accardo top boss, boss and underboss positions, these were all acting positions since all three previous bosses were in jail, not for life or dead, meaning the previous three guys acted for the bosses and saved or protected the organization from anyone who tried to take the top spot until they got out, which is all well documented, and that was possibly the first ruling panel which occurred during the Outfit's history with Fischetti as the most senior member. While the second possibly occurred at the beginning of the 70's for a short period until Aiuppa was in no time promoted to the official boss of the Outfit.

If you don't trust me by now, I'll post something lol. Give me time to get it.

I'll take care of the other positions as soon as possible. I've been at work and have a home life, believe it or not :)

He was observed with guys like Aiuppa, Nicoletti, Palermo, Ortenzi, and his uncle, Guido DeChiaro. All were Melrose Park guys. Lombardo is rarely, if ever, mentioned. In addition, see the below excerpts:

Im confused about something, meaning when Aiuppa entred MP in 1973, did he brought his own guys like Ortenzi, Russo and Carlisi or he simply took over the old MP crew? And when was officialy formed the Grand Av crew? In 1977/78?

Here are few more on Eboli...
