The current setup and dates just weren't clear in my mind. Rereading somethings. Surveillance wires of Carparelli, he doesn't indicate or refer to SolleyD as boss.But refers to him as a man that the bosses aren't afraid to use to collect on late payers. Then in About the Mafia report it states that Delaurentis took over as Acting Boss for Sarno in 2013. So he must have replaced Sarno or someone else after the Carparelli Wires, unless Carparelli wasn't aware that Delaurentis was boss. Which I think we all agree of the probable possibility that most associates and members don't know who the bosses are. Then in July 2014 Fosco came out with the news that basically DiFronzo was in bad health and Addriacchi had basically replaced him. The shortly there after it was report by Gangster Report and About the Mafia that D'Amico was replaced by Addriacchi,with Mattassa being his rep on the street. Then they reported in March of 2015 that Marco was back as Consigliere or as we call Advisor. With Addriacchi and DiFronzo going into retirement. This all transpired so Addriacchi could advise or supervise and help Delaurentis in succeeding DiFronzo. Their source said Marco was made and felt underminded and said he could have done the same thing. Was mad that DiFronzo didn't back him up and did nothing. Doesn't this indicate that DiFronzo at least had all his faculties at that time. So apparently Solly took over as top boss in early 2015. It's a little point but it's confusing as to whether Solly replaced DiFronzo or was Addriacchi briefly the top boss with Mattassa filling in for Marco. Or was DiFronzo still top boss and Addriacchi as Advisor in place of Marco briefly.

Lol yes we need some older guy that was a friend and confident of a made man in the know of the outfit history what I think about the chart is you take the evidence on hand and go with it . If new evidence comes out in the future, the chart can be amended.

You're right, it's not clear. We just have to do our best when estimating dates and positions.

Yes Chicago learned their lesson from Al Capone being to out in the public. And has really tried to be very secretive since. The Genovese's I think might of followed Chicagos lead on that. Maybe they have used Chicago system for a while.
