There's a major opioid pills crisis here in NJ/NY/Philly in my age group (I'll be 33 next week) and it's mainly amongst the White kids. I'm in Jersey and the pills crisis is at what they call an epidemic level here. That's why it seems like majority of young Associates are all pill heads.

The Feds usually view an assault on someone in their protection as an assault on the Feds themselves. And for a reason. Why this is the exception is beyond me.

Here in Lexington, they will only administer od victims 4 rounds of narcan to reverse the effects of the narcotic ingested.

Ive never fucked with skag, but know enough people who do, and enough people who DID. Their common bond would be the addiction to pain medication. This fentanyl and carfentanyl the dealers use to cut the heroin with is no different than putting a bullet in the addicts head instead.

It only takes 2 MILLIGRAMS of fentynal to generate a lethal dose for ingestion. Whats even more fucked up is when there is actual heroin around, that also brings out the od machine. Reason is the high the "beige" brings is not as strong as that of the fentynal "white" theyll shoot more and that brings on the inevitable.

Despite my handle, ive always been a speed guy, namely cocaine. Now, these fucking idiots are whacking the cocaine with this fentanyl shit. To quote Buford T Justice, 'What the hell is the world coming to...?"

The judge isn't cutting the prosecution any slack either. GA reported months ago that Merlino was betting that the prosecution didn't want to reveal what's on some of those tapes. This sketchy behavior by the DA would indicate so.

Those tapes of Rubeo on Xanax bars and oxys must be classics , Im sure he had a few drinks with them also , Nobody can tape themselves for a year on that mix with out saying some real stupid stuff and then some , I bet the Feds made the phone recordings disappear when they heard what he was saying and doing in a stupor ,Wow this guy got close to Merlino and F--ked it up bad , Merlino truly is a lucky MFer

The sad part is what was a major driving force in our history in the consumption of narcotics is certain rougue Cold War individuals in our intelligence services that permitted the traficking of large amounts of drugs in return for intelligence, cooperation and funding of their covert operations. Once the CIA achieved real power in the 1950s after WWII and were accountable to no one, our drug problem got far worse.

Any USA foreign war results in huge increase in drug cultivation in that area , Vietnam and dope in the 60/70s, Central / South America and cocaine in the 80s and now Afghanistan and dope in the 2000s.

From what I hear people are ODing and testing negative for drugs because they aren't shooting heroin anymore , that's nuts .
