It appears to be 209 or 211 Grand street, New York City. His wife´s name was Jenny and there were two children living in the house hold Augustus (6 y) and Joseph (3 y). Later on the family moved to 1564 84th Street in Brooklyn.

There you have it, never printed before.

The whole familly later moved to Brooklyn? Do you know when? 50s, 60s?HairyKnuckles wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2017 9:50 am It appears to be 209 or 211 Grand street, New York City. Whats up with Corrao's kid? The tall guy I forget his name. Is he still active?

1950 census is not released until 2022. The familysearch.org link Hairy gave is a really good free site for looking up all kinds of things. The social security death index is on it too. Sometimes looking up an Italian in the old census records can be tricky since the Wasp's recording the info routinely butchered even the simplest Italian last name.AlexfromSouth wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2017 10:56 amCan I do the same search for the 1950 census?HairyKnuckles wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2017 9:50 am It appears to be 209 or 211 Grand street, New York City. Correct, you cannot look up the 1950 census until 2022 when they release it.
Here is a link for the SSDI index:

By your personal opinions guys, did Joe butch have a chance of being boss? Regardless of the castellano hit and everything else, did he have somekind of shot?
