Crea indictment update

Post by Stroccos »

Have some fresh street talk about the crea indictment lol

The bonanno member is A associate named Carl alshemir (Spelling?) Aparently this all stems from a incident at A lucchesse social club on coddintgon ave in the bronx . Where he blocked steven crea Sr from entering the place after several Bonanno members took over the place . Crea Sr apparently threatend him. after the Cassano and Bruno went hunting for him once. THere was sitdown to settle the beef.

Also the witness in they wanted to locate or whack etc is from the 2000 contsruction case Where Crea Sr went down. I am going to throw a wild guess and say it was Sean richard http://www.nytimes.com/2000/09/07/nyreg ... -city.html

Here's two By SB , Good articles about Richard , guess he is rigid son in law http://gangsterreport.com/n-j-mafia-bos ... ison-time/

I talked with Sean while researching my book. Nothing earth shattering, just his personal impression s of Riggi. He had high praise, as did a few others, including law enforcement.

On the Crea stuff, I've become very interested in the links between some killings in the 1970s, the Purple Gang, and taking that thread through the Meldish killing. Might be my next book project. Looking forward to this case.

Well if sean richards lived in new hampshire he may of been the targer crea sr is charge with trying to kill/ locate.

Yeah Its going to be A interesting case, That sounds like it would be a good subject for a book. Attempted murder charges for looking for someone seems kinda weak to me.
does anyone know anything about this bonanno luccesse fued from 2011 2012

Thanks. That's what I read too. I think that most people thought it was Crea, remember when Gangland reported that Crea replaced Amuso as official boss, then they said Amuso was still the official boss. Remember Maddanna was on 3 man ruling panel while Crea was imprisoned and on parole. Crea is the official underboss. Maddanna has basically been running the family for 12 or so years. Crea I assume was acting boss after Maddanna went to prison.

This is first I heard of Madonna running them for last 12 years....

Amuso accordingly had top still followed by Crea is what's usually believed...

I meant Maddanna as acting or street boss and yes Amuso as official boss. But it very well could of been Crea as Acting boss since 2009 after his parole was over. The 3 man ruling panel seems to have been disbanded 2009. So it was either Maddana or Crea acting for Amuso. Have seen both listed as acting boss and underboss. Need more info to come out.

I have never seen Madonna listed higher then UB. Iv even seen it say acting UB at times.

Usually Crea has always been cre tied for acting/street as well as many want to just say the top.

Why don't you just read the indictment? It makes it pretty clear. I'm sure plenty of info will come out leading up to and at their trial, the guys charged with murder aren't pleading out.

That said, I think DiNapoli, Truscello, Corso, and Maffucci will plead out since they're not charged with any of the violence.

Exactly. In fact, read both Crea indictments from 2000 and 2017. In the first one, it said he had been the official underboss and acting boss at different times. But the more recent one has him as the official underboss and Madonna as acting boss. End of story.
