Where does the 1976 come from for the Ciancaglini ceremony?

It came from Leonetti's testimony at that commission in 1991/2. He said Ciancaglini was made in 1976 or 77 (most likely 76 since that was also the year Stanfa was made in Philly). Caramandi also says Ciancaglini got made in the mid 70s in his book.

I don't think Felix Bocchichio and Charles Vilotti turning membership down had any connection the the 1965 induction. I'm under the impression that they, at least Bocchichio, had turned membership down many years earlier.

This was also in Leonetti's testimony. They were supposed to be made at this ceremony but turned it down. Though of course they could have turned down membership years before.

I don't know how accurate this is, but this is what someone on another site had as guys made by Dom Brooklier in the 70s & early 80s. Obviously Mike Rizzi & Ricciardi are correct. The last three or four guys were pornographers.

Tommy Ricciardi - Made as a reward for clipping Bomp.
Lou Castiglione - Longtime associate of Mike Rizzi. Originally associated with the Gallo brothers in New York.

I was just busting your chops , all I know when the feds offered ronnie A deal he laughed them out the room . If it wasn't for one one of his partners flipping after the bust , he was going to trial . well if you read his Indictment there is zero mention of the lcn. around the late 90's and early the Feds were going after joe looses guys . remeber the mob died here in the 80's .
