Yes Willy he is the boss until 1973 of course had acting boss when was in jail before 1985 but definitely was the colombo boss and was in the Commission. So he deserve to die in jail.

Persico actually became Boss in 1980 so he wasn't on the Commission when the Galante hit went down but he was on it for the concrete club racket that they were charged with. Besides he also has that Colombo Hierarchy case conviction where he got 45 years to deal with.
