Looking at the charges in this indictment, along with a few of the recent mob cases ending in acquittal, hopefully one or more of the higher ups refuse to plead out and we get a trial.

So do we have any idea who the Bonanno associate was who was targeted for disrespecting Crea?

Madonna & Crea certainly not scared to give orders to kill in this day and age!

Wow. This is hooge.

I think someone's flipped.

We already had the Meldish murder with Madonna and Crea, now this has extrapolated into a huge 19 person indictment involving 2 other attempted murders (than the Caldwell one) Fraud (Crea's hospital expansion) and various other crimes (narcotics).

Sounds VERY like someone got jammed with either the Meldish or the Caldwell hit on the Bonanno and has flipped and spilt the beans on a whole raft of other Lucchese business.
Someone close to Crea be my guess as he's been hit hard.

It's over. The Lucchese family is finished.

+ 1

Crea, Sr. tried very hard to stay under the radar and did do for a very long time but it's over now. His age and a guilty plea means he wont be out until he's 85 if he lives that long.

I wonder if Amuso will put his old buddies in Brooklyn in charge to fill the void?

We needed another big family bust like this to keep things interesting. Hopefully some info on other families trickles out because of this, especially in the Bronx. Maybe we'll hear more about the Bonannos' Bronx presence given the issues the Luccheses seemed to have with them.
