We looked at present day Bensonhurst and its status within the mob. Would it be possible to get more info on Middle Village/Howard Beach and the current crews operating out of these neighborhoods? Howard Beach needs an update especially after the Bonanno wipeout.

The Asaro and Grimaldi crews are both active in those areas for the Bonannos, so that is three or four crews right there.

I live in Ridgewood NY, I have no connection to LCN but I can tell you that the Grimaldi's and Navarro's own various businesses in the area and have a large presence. I know the Grimaldi's own a lot of apartment buildings in Ridgewood and a popular bakery. The Navarro's have car dealerships and auto body shops in the area and I know a Navarro relative owns an immigration law firm in Ridgewood. I also recall a recent making ceremony mentioned in one of Giallanzo detention memos that took place in the neighbored of Glendale which is right next to Ridgewood/Middle Village.

If I remember right Phil Navarro is a soldier under Grimaldi.

Not related to criminal activity, but at least one of Sal Catalano's nephews (two of them, though, if I remember) is employed by one of the Navarros.
