I wouldn't want to name anyone, just in case they're legitimate, but his friend's list has countless labor leaders, real estate agents, a couple likely relatives of wiseguys, high-ranking port terminal officials, and even a few NYPD officers. People with the kind of professions you'd expect a goodfella to wanna know.

One name that stood out from his list a counterfeiting / fraud investigator by the name of Joseph Guagliardo. I can only imagine why they're friends, given Balzano's history in the counterfeiting department. Guagliardo's Linkedin page even mentions putting members of international gangs behind bars "for decades"

He was living in Toms River which is where Collina has been living since the 80s and about 60-70% of the DeCavs live there and the towns around in it. Is Collina just listed as a soldier right? Not a Capo? Whos Crew is Collina in ? Was he a capo back in 2005? Whatever the case this Balzano seems close to him or in the same crew. Balzano is from Carrol Gardens area of Brooklyn. Allot of the Decav members based out of NY have been from the Red Hook Carroll Gardens area of Brooklyn as well. If he is close to guys in Toms RIvers and most of the guys from the Decavs that live in the Toms River area are members that are originally from Elizabeth.
