I wonder what the terms are? At the end of the day, their dealing with a severe addict. But the kid's last name will not help his case as much as Joe Citizen's.

he got 36 months more than i thought he would get..he will make some great drug contacts in prison,

His father Peter is an asshole and widely avoided out there in Ozone Park/Howard Beach. The Gotti name is no longer what it was.

Nah, the Gotti tradition would be to take it to trial and get nailed for 20.

When he gets out he will be boss of the Gambinos with all of his wit and street savvy!
