Re: Buffalo Family Lineage
Leonard Falzone died November 12, 2016
Re: Buffalo Family Lineage
We basically cannot verify anything past 2006. Even Falzone being reported the boss was just speculation as no law enforcement agency released any statements to back up this claim. The last official boss was Joe Todaro Sr., the last underboss was his son Joe Todaro, Jr. and the last consigliere was Leonard Falzone. This Anthony Lupiania Todaro is an example of why wikipedia is a shitty source for OC. I assume this was edited by some insider such as The Arm or Rooster from the douchebag board. Lastly, I cannot recall the source but I believe Todaro may have been boss as early as 1984.
Re: Buffalo Family Lineage
In Magaddino's own words in the mid-1960s he never took a consigliere. Maybe he named one after that, but it appears there was none 1920s through mid-1960s.

There is some limited info available on the remnants of what's left of the Mob in Buffalo.
Most everything else, including new rankings and claims of inside info is just bullshit some asshats on the forums make up out of thin air.
That 2016 info above is so obvious made up Wiki nonsense. Created by people with nothing better to do.

Is Butchie bifulco still active and in any type of leadership position? And,is there any info on this,Jimmy Feliciano character who was supposedly inducted a few years back at about 37 YEARS old now ? In that huge shoplifting just it has his address listed in Brooklyn,Coney island I think on stillwell ave.
Re: Buffalo Family Lineage
Apparently the FBI made a chart back in 2006 showing it had twenty something members: http://niagarafallsreporter.com/Stories ... udson.html
Some people are claiming it's still active, but I am not so sure. I don't know enough to rule it out completely, so if I were to make a chart I wouldn't go past 2006: http://www.topix.com/forum/city/buffalo ... 6MO0CJ4S3I

Re: Buffalo Family Lineage
I defo think there are active made guys left , but I think a structured mob family is a bit of a stretch , there has been no real indictments to support this at all
Re: Buffalo Family Lineage
The family is dead I do not care what a bunch of random douchebags on an Internet message board say. I am so sick of people blogging that they are in the know and that a family such as Buffalo, New Orleans, etc. is active. When you ask for their sources, they submit wikipedia which strangely enough they edited it themselves or they send you a link to a blog they wrote. I do not think these "Internet Street guys" know what a legitimate source is.
In regards to Butchie, according to a friend of mine who works for the Buffalo Police Department, Butchie has not been active since he was released from prison. Furthermore, when he got shot by a crack dealer in 2001, that destroyed what was left of his reputation on the street. Feliciano was allegedly inducted before that shoplifting bust so that is almost 20 years ago. I would not call that recent. If anyone can supply actual reports from the Buffalo PD or FBI to show that I am wrong then I will gladly admit I was wrong. However, as these documents only exist in imaginationland I feel confidant that I am spot on.
I do agree with Hailbritain that there may be some guys doing some bookmaking but the family is dead. The last mention of anyone even connected to the family being arrested was associate Lenny Mordino being arrested for dealing cocaine in 2006.

Re: Buffalo Family Lineage
23 members to be exact in 2006 - a boss, underboss, consigliere, 4 captains, and 16 soldiers. I've referred people to that article many times when the subject of Buffalo comes up. And, if course, several members have died over the past decade. Anything can be put in chart form but I don't think the feds have considered it a viable family in years. You have to go back 20 years to find the last significant case when LIUNA Local 210 was taken over.Antiliar wrote:Apparently the FBI made a chart back in 2006 showing it had twenty something members: http://niagarafallsreporter.com/Stories ... udson.html

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

Nah I just didn't know if you were around or remember the old debates about Rockford still having a family or not.
