Almost certain it was the late 60's more than likely. I can't remember if they had a year in The Underboss or not, but I'll check it out and see.

There was a war in the late 80's and 90's wasn't there? What were the faction leaders for those wars?

The two factions were headed by Frank Salemme and Robert Carozza respectively. Carozza headed the renegade faction. Joseph "JR" Russo and Vincent Ferrara were also members of this faction. I believe those three were the only verified made members of this faction. The rest of the guys were all associates. Everyone else in the family was allied with Salemme.

Scott also recently reported the gugliemetti was on the administration as either underboss or consigliere and he has sources there , like I said , there is a good chance he is on the administration , I didn't state it as fact

As far as Gugliemetti goes, I'll wait and see what Pogo has to say.

I wouldn't take anything Scott says about NE seriously considering he had an Associate as the long time Consiglieri and next in line to be the "Syndicate Don".


As far as Guglielmetti's current position who knows. The last official info was that the Boss and UnderBoss were in Boston (Guglielmetti is a Providence guy).

I have to concur, while holding Scott in the highest of admirations I don't always agree with his conclusions. While I do believe he has nothing but the honest of intentions I have found myself wincing at some of his entries.
