The only picture of that creep, cock-sucker is in my mind. He thru a pissy-fit when I hired a chef that wanted out from under his shit. When that happened he went to Lenny and asked him to tell Bernie to break his legs. Bernie came to me and said I better start looking for a new cook. I then gt a hold of Henry and he was able to straight things out. George was always Lenny's boy and ran a restaurant in front of the Ramada called Bundos.

Best part of this story is that between a restaurant across the street from Bundos and another one down the street ;) Bundos closed then George and his daughter, Georgian, ran Lenny's Captain's Table restaurant in the Ramada Inn.

What are your thoughts on Frankie Fasline?

No thoughts as I don't believe I ever met him, nor do I recall who he was. Give me a lead as to why I would have known him - please.

Was he involved in shaking down Bruce for a fast $250k?

No, he had nothing to do with BJ Alan. He was a partner of Lenny's becauze he had a clean record

He worked at YSU and had interests in Rainbow Fireworks in Campbell

If Pat gave up Lenny, the Feds would have connected Pat to everything considering their business partnerships.
probably he was 70 something at the time . He probably didnt want to die in the can, The feds redacted all his statements , So they may have did that to make him look like a snitch , but could be to also say he didnt give them shit guess we will never know for sure , very interesting
Pat died in 2006 at the age of 89...he was 78 at that time. Pat figured he'd bullshit them until he died...or was a very secret informant. Is there even a way to find out? If he was a CI, the Feds can never release those records if my memory serves me correct.

The only way to get that is if you another agency had those files and they wouldnt be protected , which is highly unlikely in this case. . The fbi will not reveal informants even if there long dead, its protocall

One of Pat's Attorneys - My Wife and I knew well - unfortunately he died. A couple of people I know probably won't give up the information - even now. They are just that way. I can only ask them in person and I probably won't see them for months with my schedule.

Pat was working all the angles about the two year thing. Throwing it all on the Wall to see what stuck. Right now I am not going with CI for Pat.

Totally agree. They didn't up anyone to Consigliere unless they were one of the sharpest knives in the box. Pat certainly fit that description :)

I am leaning that way as well...having said that, in his appeal, it is on record that the FBI gave him permission to stay on the street in order to obtain info about Lenny. That tells me that the Feds and Pat certainly had that conversation if it was put on an appellate document for the court.

My conclusion is that it was certainly on the table and the conversation certainly took place in regards to informing on Lenny.

Who said Pat was a Consigliere? That certainly isn't true.
