Me too...I'm not saying it isn't true, as we both know that after Ernie got wacked, that Pittsburgh was concerned with Lenny and put Henry in charge. Maybe, but only Lenny would know for sure.JCB1977 wrote:That's news to me...never heard that beforeStroccos wrote:I wonder if Strollo ever found out Patsy Ferrucio agreed to inform on him.

I guess I wouldn't be surprised at this day in age but I'd need solid proof to label Pat as an informant. It's against the very grain in which he stood for, plus he did time on several occasions.FriendofHenry wrote:Me too...I'm not saying it isn't true, as we both know that after Ernie got wacked, that Pittsburgh was concerned with Lenny and put Henry in charge. Once again, we agree. On top of that: Didn't Pat and Lenny come up together?JCB1977 wrote:I guess I wouldn't be surprised at this day in age but I'd need solid proof to label Pat as an informant. Pat's early years were spent more with Cleveland guys until his fallen out with Jack White, Lenny came up under Jimmy Prato along with Joey

I'm well aware that both Lenny and Joey were made by Two-Gun Jimmy. However when Henry first introduced me to Pat it was a Lenny's restaurant in his motel in North Lima. On the way home, Henry told me that Pat and Lenny were old friends.JCB1977 wrote:FriendofHenry wrote:Once again, we agree. Shortyly afer Pat was released from prison in 95 the fbi had him on a parole violation for consorting with know felons Zebo and Strollo , he apparently agreed to give the feds informatiion on Strollo to stay out of prison. SO he agreed verbally , but when he didnt produce they indicted him for the violations. So he apparently agreed to give the information but either didnt produce or gave the feds horseshit ,JCB1977 wrote:I guess I wouldn't be surprised at this day in age but I'd need solid proof to label Pat as an informant. 4 Ferruccio argues that he was given permission by the FBI and the court to associate with Strollo, because the FBI asked him to gather information to use against Strollo. In our view, however, any "permission" given to Ferruccio to carry on his relationship with Strollo is of no consequence in this case, because all of the meetings that were the subject of the supervised release violation took place before any alleged "permission" was given

Re: Re: Who killed Joey Naples by Bertram de Souza
Thanks for reminding me. If my memory serves me correct, the meeting was caught at the Captains Table at the Ramada Inn in Liberty. Interestingly enough, Lenny's Super Bowl stag at the Maronite Center was raided in 1995, which is when the heat from the Feds started intensifying and Lenny started becoming paranoid on a daily basis. Biondillo was killed in June of 96, Gains shot in December of 96 as well as Larry Sisman. I know that Chucky Porter gave info up on Youngstown but I don't know specifically what as the Feds do not release any info on informants. Zebo was the Youngstown liaison so I figured Zebo or Mike Grnovese was getting word to Chucky about operations. Porter's wife was still getting help from Sonny Amato while Chucky was away.Stroccos wrote:Guess we will never know the whole story ,FriendofHenry wrote:Thanx, that sounds more like the Pat I knew and respectedStroccos wrote:Shortyly afer Pat was released from prison in 95 the fbi had him on a parole violation for consorting with know felons Zebo and Strollo , he apparently agreed to give the feds informatiion on Strollo to stay out of prison. The only picture of that creep, cock-sucker is in my mind. He thru a pissy-fit when I hired a chef that wanted out from under his shit. When that happened he went to Lenny and asked him to tell Bernie to break his legs. Bernie came to me and said I better start looking for a new cook. I then gt a hold of Henry and he was able to straight things out. George was always Lenny's boy and ran a restaurant in front of the Ramada called Bundos.

My best guess is that Pat told the FBI he'd help just to stay on the street and then never gave them shit. Keep in mind that Pat and Lenny had "many" financial interests. They had two hotels and a few casinos in Puerto Rico and many commercial properties that were jointly owned through some of their dummy corporations. If Pat gave up Lenny, the Feds would have connected Pat to everything considering their business partnerships.

probably he was 70 something at the time . He probably didnt want to die in the can, The feds redacted all his statements , So they may have did that to make him look like a snitch , but could be to also say he didnt give them shit guess we will never know for sure , very interestingJCB1977 wrote:My best guess is that Pat told the FBI he'd help just to stay on the street and then never gave them shit.
