Yes, Kurt claims he told him. Unless I see FBI files from when Jr flipped that says Calabrese Sr told them this rumor, then he is full of shit that his Uncle and Father told him that. Also, where are the FBI files saying Nick told the FBI that rumor?funkster wrote: ↑Fri May 16, 2025 7:11 amThis is why I don’t put much stock into what he says about the current outfit, he just doesn’t know.Cosmik_Debris wrote: ↑Fri May 16, 2025 6:43 amI wouldn't buy it. Re: General Chicago Outfit Info Dumping Ground
Why would a single person still in the life EVER talk to Frank Jr. about the state of the Outfit and crimes they may or may not be committing?
This guy was a dumb fuck when he was active, and that was well over 25 years ago. He ratted out and recorded his OWN FATHER and ran to the feds. Because of his actions, a boss is still currently in a maximum security prison and another high level guy died in prison and the Outfit was pretty much decimated.
Do we really think anyone active in 2025 is giving this clown updates on the current state of the Outfit? Is he calling them up over the phone to chat about it? Are they meeting him in person to talk about it?
Frank Jr. knows probably less about the Outfit today than the people on this message board do.

I"m sort of disappointed that the Outfit hasn't atleast fucked him up. The guy lets be honest turned on his father due to his drug addiction and getting caught. He should have been kissing the feet of his father for not killing him the day he found out that he was stealing from him, but of course he's not appreciative of anyone and feels very entitled in life. A spoiled brat is what he is and now he's making money off of this because we have a bunch of dumb fucks who support it.Aunt+Baby wrote: ↑Fri May 16, 2025 3:39 amI dunno. I disagree. I heard something a few years back about him & some friends at a sports bar in Elmwood Park watching a Bears game, and Tony Dote & some of his crew were there & they were trying to intimidate him. He held his ground for a while but eventually decided to leave.
He also grew up in Elmwood Park & was close with families like the Dotes, Damicos, Cerones, Spirrizzis, Magnafichis etc all of the Outfit royalty. I maintain he still knows quite a bit about what’s going on but this is his way of insulating them, by downplaying activity publicly. He’s always struck me as a guy who misses the Life

It blows my mind that he would have the balls to steal money from this father. Who the fuck does that shit? This guy ran to the feds for protection because of the mistakes he made, not because he cared about his father. That is a lie and a huge one at that. He's a sociopathic liar.

There is way too much risk in attacking a guy like Jr in 2025. You’re just submitting yourself to double digits behind bars.RushStreet wrote: ↑Fri May 16, 2025 9:48 amI"m sort of disappointed that the Outfit hasn't atleast fucked him up. Nevertheless, I heard that altercation with him & Dote got pretty tense, and that he felt threatened enough to flee the scene

Remember, someone did phone in a bomb threat at his local book signing, cancelling it. Also I remember when jr was in that bar and he hightailed it out of there as soon as those guys(dote etc) showed up. He was scared.RushStreet wrote: ↑Fri May 16, 2025 9:48 amI"m sort of disappointed that the Outfit hasn't atleast fucked him up. Is that bar called Tony D's? Makes sense if you put 2 + 2 together.Aunt+Baby wrote: ↑Fri May 16, 2025 10:18 amThere is way too much risk in attacking a guy like Jr in 2025. Re: General Chicago Outfit Info Dumping Ground
I doubt a guy like Tony Dote would hang out in Tony D’s. That’s a biker place. It’s owned by a guy named Tony Donato who use to own Donato Towers on Grand and Harlem. Supposedly he won the lottery and bought all these properties. Tony D’s use to be Elmwood Family Restaurant which was a popular breakfast place for years. Tony D bought it and made it a biker bar. Dote was probably at either Tiny Tap or Donny G’s, both on North Ave in EP, if that incident actually did happen. Jr never goes to the places that could have Outfit guys. Kurt does and the other brother is a bartender downtown at a bar on Ontario stRushStreet wrote: ↑Fri May 16, 2025 12:36 pmIs that bar called Tony D's? Re: General Chicago Outfit Info Dumping Ground
The report includes one of Nick Calabrese's 302s. I found it quite interesting. It contains what Calabrese was told by Jimmy LaPietra and John Fecarotta about the Daniel Seifert murder, an allegation that Buddy Ciotti killed his wife, and then what Nick knew about the Giancana murder.
Angelo LaPietra told Nick that the silencer used in the murder was made by himself (LaPietra), Frank Calabrese Jr and Ronnie Jarrett. The gun was then thrown away in the woods. LaPietra also told Nick, 'You're never too old to work like JB', which Nick interpreted to mean Accardo was involved in the murder.
It's a little hard to read, so this is my verbatim transcription of it:

It's a little hard to read, so this is my verbatim transcription of it:
SEIFERT came to his Bensenville factory along with his
wife and child. JIMMY LAPIETRA told the Source that the wife and
child were locked in the bathroom and SEIFERT was supposed to be
cuffed by SCHWEIHS. But SCHWEIHS did not cuff SEIFERT and SEIFERT
ran out of the factory. Someone outside of the factory shot
SEIFERT and knocked him down. FECAROTTA sid that the "little guy"
knocked him down. FECAROTTA made no mention of running around the
plant but FECAROTTA did indicate that he was in a police chase
where he drove down either Route 83 or York Road. The getaway car
driven by FECAROTTA sustained damage during the chase and may have
been a Chrysler. FECAROTTA did not tell the Source who was in the
getaway car with him. FECAROTTA told the Source that the car which
he was driving was parked in a garage in Melrose Park. The garage
was owned by an individual named BUDDY CIOTTI whose wife committed
suicide.
During a conversation with JOHN FECAROTTA, FECAROTTA told
the Source that BUDDY CIOTTI had gotten his wife (DERYL CIOTTI)
drunk and that it took a lot of "balls" for CIOTTI to do what he
did and that CIOTTI made it look like a suicide. The reason for
this had to do with a car that was stored in CIOTTI's garage. The
car was involved in the murder of DANIEL SEIFERT. The car was
placed in CIOTTI's garage and CIOTTI was worried that his wife
would say something to the authorities about the car.
SAM GIANCANA MURDER
June 19, 1975
ANGELO LAPIETRA was discussing the murder of SAM
GIANCANA. ANGELO LAPIETRA discussed the gun and silencer used in
the homicide. ANGELO LAPIETRA said that the silencer was one of
the silencers that he (ANGELO LAPIETRA), CALABRESE, SR. and JARRETT
had made. ANGELO LAPIETRA further made mention of the gun being
thrown into the Thatcher Woods Forest Preserve and that it was
thrown away in a bad spot. ANGELO LAPIETRA then said "you're never
to old to work like JB." JB stood for JOE BATTERS a nickname used
by ACCARDO. The Source understood this reference to mean that
ACCARDO, nicknamed "JB" was involved in the homicide of GIANCANA.

Re: General Chicago Outfit Info Dumping Ground
Wow. Ciotti murdered his own wife on orders from the family. That is wild. Someone needs to research that death
Re: General Chicago Outfit Info Dumping Ground
I’d be willing to buy Accardo did it. As they say, “means and motive”. They needed someone who giancana trusted to let into the house, and someone he wouldn’t suspect. Real guinea shit.
Re: General Chicago Outfit Info Dumping Ground
They had Butch Blasi in the house with him though. Personally, i find it silly. If it wasn't Blasi then it was probably Spilotro or something IMO if he was around?

Re: General Chicago Outfit Info Dumping Ground
I never saw those FBI files where Nick said that about Accardo to heavy work indicating he assisted in the Giancana murder so that puts a different perspective on it for me. Jr still didn’t say anything when he was debriefed by the FBI so I believe Kurt when he says he told Jr that.
It makes sense that a meeting was called between Giancana and Accardo to figure out Giancana’s future in the Outfit. Only Accardo had the authority to decide his future since Giancana was once a boss. He sneaks into his house after the phone call is made by someone to call off Chicago police doing surveillance. Blasi was there to put Giancana at ease that nothing would happen to him. Giancana would never suspect Blasi to betray him. Little did he know was that Blasi had betrayed the entire Outfit by being a CI. Who knows who fired the bullet that kill Giancana but it was one of them. Only one caliber was found so unless they handed the gun off to each other to shoot him after the original shot, then there was only one shooter. Very sloppy how the gun was thrown into a backyard on the way back to Accardo’s house. I can’t see Accardo throwing it out his window on the way home. And I don’t see a 66 year old Accardo walking back to his house from Oak Park. Not that far but still a little walk. So that is an unanswered question about the gun being found where it was. Maybe they got spooked or saw a patrol car and threw the gun.
