Report Out Of NYC: Feds Investigating Bonnano Mob, New Capo, “Petey Pasta” Pellegrino, In Rackets Case

May 6, 2025 — Once-shelved Bonanno mobster Peter (Petey Pasta) Pellegrino is active again, a skipper in his borgata and running crews in Queens and Florida. And finds himself in the middle of a federal racketeering probe, all per a bombshell CosaNostraNews dispatch earlier this week. “Petey Pasta” has received a letter from the government telling him he is the target of an investigation and that conversations of his were intercepted on a 2022 wiretap. He was also subpoenaed by the feds in March to provide voice sample templars at FBI headquarters, CosaNostraNews reported on Monday.

Yeah but Jerry's sources say he wasn't actually inducted and Pellegrino said himself that he was proposed but not made. Pellegrino also doesn't appear on the FBI 2014 Bonanno members list.

I don’t watch his videos but in his Instagram post from yesterday he talked about how far the mob has fallen for this guy to now be a captain. He’s not denying any of the info from Scarpo he’s repeating some of it and giving it validity.

It doesn't appear they do. Not based in Florida. Even if we assume this is all true, for the sake of discussion, it seems he's taken over a Queens-based crew with operations in Florida. A good example would be the Chilli crew at one time, i.e. NY-based but some associates with the crew were busted in 2009. In fact, I don't think the Bonannos have ever had a crew based in that state.
