Sarno is lucky he wasn't considered a threat at the time to LaPietra as he was much younger and only being used as muscle back then. Had Sarno been higher up, theres a good chance LaPietra would have taken him out as well. LaPietra is the most feared boss in Outfit history in my honest opinion.
