You're stuck in 2012 ANP where people assumed that just because Sarno was a big fat rough looking guy that people laughed behind his back when everything that's come out about him since shows him as anything but. The guy is a career criminal who did multiple bids in prison and is in the middle of another one. What's hard to understand about this?

I mean, there was that one old mugshot were he looks like a biker just arrested for a bar brawl. And I think that old surveillance photo with him and Andriacchi where he looked rough. But if you look at the more recent pictures of him, like from his 2009 indictment and forward, he looked and dressed like most other mob guys in Chicago and elsewhere do.

Ok serious question? If this is all true like you say, why the fuck has Caruso never been indicted for anything significant? I mean according to you they met multiple times. Come up with evidence because as of right now all you have is hearsay evidence. Thats it.
