After the death of Paolo's mother, Annunziata Condina ("Nancy"), there was a notice of her death but perhaps not a newspaper obituary. Please see the following:

Francesco:

I'm still loking for Rocco's obit'.

-Regarding the one of Francesco, His wife's maiden name is Barbino. In 1974 Domenico & Santo Barbino were arrested in Rome for the kidnapping of Paul Getty III. They are often described as cousins of Paolo, I think they were more related on Francesco's side.

-In 1966, two shepherds from Sinopoli, Giuseppe and Paolo Violi, were shot dead during the blood feud between the Orfeo/Filleti/De Angelis and Alvaro/Violi clans (only Paolo succumbed to his injuries).

The exact relationship between Giuseppe and Paolo with the Violis we know is unclear (probably cousins), but the Alvaros were a powerful clan in Sinopoli, and Giuseppe and Paolo's mother was named Francesca Alvaro.

-Mystery surrounding Violi's relatives in Philadelphia uncle "Michelino" and/or cousin "Stefano Condina" mentioned by our late friend Pierre de Champlain in his books

Thanks, Fab, for this obituary and the other ones you posted. All these years I had been using the wrong search terms for Paolo Violi's mother.

Here's a link to my Newspapers.com link (freeview) for the same obituary, which ran in the same newspaper on multiple days:
