There is no way Laforte is out of the money. I dont know how fines work at all. But, It's most likely another scam he has cooked up. Idk, make it appear to the court he is broke, so the fine(s) that are levied against him are not as severe or his payments are lowered. There is no way in hell he was 100% transparent with the court regarding his finances.
