I wonder if this was actually an attempted kidnapping. Two cars with several suspects, one approaches with a knife while the other has a gun. Just seems a little odd.

I think it's currently unclear as far as his allegiance. He was at the Martin Robert wedding at the guys table.... I think.
To me... it's competing business interest, not necessarily organizational affiliation, OR an ethnic thing. I think Its where I diverge from the other guys.

Like..... if Del Balso was the Bikers "gambling guy" in Montreal...(its ONE WAY of looking at it, from the Hells perspective) one could question if Tony Suzuki is now one of the main "drug guys".

The working closely with Chapo stuff is sensationalized in my opinion. The Mexicans have people in Canada.

And someone like Roberto Scoppa had a big Mexican connection with shakey at best Mafia affiliation.

These Rizzuto guys are some tough SOBs. If the United States LCN had 1/10th of some of the characteristics of these guys we would not be constantly talking about how it's declining. Imagine if there was an a thought of an attempt to hit someone there would be half of the family lining up at the fbi office to testify.
