Teddy Persico due out in 2025

Scott reporting that Teddy Persico has had some time chopped for behaving himself and will be out this year. Seemingly been ordained as boss - am wondering how he managed this, given that a) he is clearly a lunatic; and b) those that ordained him know this and aren't stupid people.

His release date has been brought forward on BOP. The last time I checked he was set to get out in late January 2026, now the inmate locator says he's due for release on 30 September this year.

He’s changed (well, if that’s the right word) during 2004, call saying that he can play the role of a fool because he has pretty much nothing in his name and no wife and kids

He’s engaged.Michael Uvino was caught on tape, saying that Teddy has been away for a long time and that all he wants to do is go out and have a nice time now.He also added that Teddy’s not greedy and he doesn’t feel entitled.

The admin during 2020, decided that he would take over. Surely the decision has a lot more to do with Teddy and not just the fact that he’s a Persico.

He will have eyes on him 24/7 seeking to return him to the can. I can't see how he can effectively take on such a role, even as a symbolic figurehead (which he presumably wouldn't be). Also, you'd question how much they have going on these days compared to other families. Do they have enough youth in their ranks?

I'm also curious if people know when he'll be able to associate with known organized associates again. So essentially when his real parole ends. We all know how many people they've gotten for that who went straight back.

The maximum amount of time on paper at the federal level is usually 5 years though Persico should have 2 to 3 years
The maximum is handed down on cases involving multiple murders

Teddy was anointed back when Mush was still the official Boss. Little Robert is acting boss/street boss whatever you want to call it, they wouldn’t make him official boss knowing he’d have to step down when Teddy gets out.

And you could be right it’s possible Teddy is already the official boss, he doesn’t necessarily need to be on the street for the captains to make that happen.

probaly the only family that no one has aspirations to run besides a persico. and the only way for teddy not to be boss would be if one of the relatives decides they'll make a better boss. in 2025 how many captains could they have max 8? 60 made guys give or take...

if I spent my whole life in jail, missed out on having kids. there's not a doubt in my mind I'd want to be the official boss of a lcn family lol. even if I get 20 bucks a month from my capos, put my name in the history book. this is my psychological break down of this guy ha. good for him

Always wondered about the associates though. Bunches of older guys regularly get straightened out.

Take DiMatteo from example. He only got his button 7 years ago. 61 years old.
You'd assume if they were desperate for members the ages would get younger and younger.
We regularly get guys getting straightened out 50+, across all 5. Means they've likely been on record for decades.

Makes me wonder how desperate they really are for Furios.
