It might mean you have 50 PMs in the "Inbox" folder, requiring you to remove 2 of the existing older PMs so that the 2 new ones are available to you.

I'm having issues with PM messages I reply to getting stuck in the Outbox. I currently have three. I've cleaned out my sent messages and inbox, but they are still sitting in the outbox. Any suggestions?

Scott, this is a vestigial feature of bulletin boards: Your sent messages remain in your outbox till the recipient(s) are online and signed in to TBHF.
