Is Anthony Casso’s Version of DeCicco’s murder accurate?

I mean after all he is the ONLY person to tell this story. Is his word reliable? There was some talk in the Frank Campi book that Bellomo was involved in his murder, or Franzese. Just curious what everyone thinks…do you believe Casso’s version of events is how it actually went down?

casso had zero reason to lie. he put himself and amuso I believe at the scene or driving by. them with chin lending them the bomb guy pate. how he gets involved is the missing link somewhere. he's a genovese associate tasked with killing the boss and underboss of the Gambino family. who reaches out to him? casso told on everyone but couldn't provide that detail. who was pate on record with? I'm assuming he was related to the Colombo capo pate who was close to allie boy. he flipped in the 90tys then went insane

my guess is Bobby Amuso. This was always a joint venture between the Genovese/Lucchese. Pate was apparently "loaned out" by Chin to the Lucheses, and given there was a relationship with Bobby and had dealings with Casso in the past ( Vincent Albano murder), id assume they didnt have too look far once Casso, Amuso and B Amuso started the planning.

still dont know for sure if he is brother to the Colombo capo/turncoat? tho both are from Staten Island and there are other brothers we know of
